These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of playpolicycheck.com (the "Service"), operated by Jaewoo Heo ("we", "us", "our").

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Is

playpolicycheck.com provides self-service questionnaires that generate draft text and checklists related to Google Play Console policy requirements (including, but not limited to, Data Safety form disclosures and target API level requirements). The Service is an informational tool only.

This is not legal advice. The output is generated from your own answers and our understanding of Google's published policies at the time. Google Play policies change, and we do not guarantee the output is complete, current, or accurate for your specific app. You are solely responsible for reviewing Google Play Console's current requirements and for what you submit to Google Play. For anything with material legal or financial consequences, consult a qualified professional.

2. Free and Paid Features

• The core questionnaires and their draft output are provided free of charge.
• Certain add-ons (for example, a downloadable PDF record of your results) may be offered for a one-time fee, processed via our payment provider, Paddle.com ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all paid orders and handles billing, invoicing, and customer service related to payment. 3. Accuracy of Your Input

The output we generate depends entirely on the answers you provide. We do not independently verify your app's actual behavior. Inaccurate input will produce inaccurate output. It is your responsibility to ensure your answers reflect your app's real data practices.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of the Service will result in Google Play Console approval or continued compliance with any policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, app store rejection, account suspension, or regulatory penalties, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
