This Privacy Policy explains how Jaewoo Heo ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with playpolicycheck.com (the "Service").
Questionnaire answers. When you use our wizards, your answers are processed entirely in your browser to generate your results. We do not transmit or store your questionnaire answers on our servers. If you purchase the optional PDF record, your answers at the time of purchase may be included in that PDF and processed briefly to generate it, but are not retained by us afterward unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment information. If you purchase a paid add-on, payment is handled entirely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We do not receive or store your card details. Paddle collects and processes your name, email, billing address, and payment method as an independent controller under its own Privacy Policy. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was completed and the associated order reference.
Basic usage data. We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics (e.g., aggregate page views) to understand how the Service is used. We do not knowingly collect information that identifies you personally through this analytics data.
Contact information. If you email us for support, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and for our own records.
The Service may use essential cookies required for the site to function (for example, session state during a multi-step questionnaire). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Because questionnaire answers are processed client-side and not stored on our servers, there is nothing on our end to retain or delete for that data. Support correspondence is retained as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your inquiry and for our own records, typically no longer than 24 months. Should we introduce server-side storage of results in the future (for example, an optional saved-history feature), we will update this section to describe the retention period before that feature goes live.
